Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from TACHLUGGAGE.ME, you may return any unused products for a full refund within 14 days of purchase date. Returned items must be in the condition they were received in order to qualify for a full refund. We highly recommend that you are careful not to scratch, scuff, dirty or otherwise cause the item to not be in new, unused condition if you are considering returning it.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns, except when defective or mis-shipped products are sent. Please retain the tracking information on the package until we have confirmed receipt, in case there are any issues during transit.

Once we receive and approve your return, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed. Please note that requirements specific to your bank or credit card may extend this processing time.

If you did not purchase the item from the TACH website you are still welcome to contact us so we can help you with your issue. However, it will be up to the company you purchased from to honor any request you might have. To initiate a return, please email us at retail@arwani.ae
