Shipping policy

Depending on your location, we offer standard and/or expedited shipping. Standard shipping is free within the contiguous United Arab Emirates, otherwise shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders with a P.O. Box as a destination address may be delayed as we try to acquire a valid residential or commercial shipping address.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours before you receive this email even though your order has already shipped.

Due to our automated ordering and shipping processes, online transactions typically cannot be changed or canceled after they've been placed.

Please note that TACHLUGGAGE.ME is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend requiring a signature upon delivery, as it is very difficult (if not impossible) in most situations to prove whether or not the package was delivered otherwise.
